Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lensfall mobile application (the “App”) operated by Murad Taghiyev (“we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Azerbaijan. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lensfall. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

To use most features of the App, you need to create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. The Service

Lensfall is an AI photo template app. You can upload photos and apply AI-generated transformations using pre-built templates. New accounts receive 2 free generation credits to try the App.

4. Credits

The App uses a credit system. One credit equals one AI photo generation.

Free Credits

New accounts receive 2 free credits on sign-up. These credits never expire.

Subscription Credits

If you subscribe, you receive a set number of credits per cycle:

• Weekly subscription: 20 credits per week
• Monthly subscription: 60 credits per month

Subscription credits reset at each renewal cycle. Unused subscription credits do NOT roll over.

Purchased Credit Packs

You can purchase credit packs that never expire:

• Small: 10 credits
• Medium: 30 credits
• Large: 75 credits

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit will be refunded automatically.

5. Subscriptions

Lensfall offers two subscription plans, billed through Apple:

Weekly Plan

• Price: 5.99 USD per week
• Includes 20 credits per week
• Auto-renews every week until cancelled

Monthly Plan

• Price: 14.99 USD per month
• Includes 60 credits per month
• Auto-renews every month until cancelled

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged at the start of each new period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on iOS). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

Pricing Changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. Any changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will be communicated before they take effect.

6. In-App Purchases

All purchases (subscriptions and credit packs) are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's payment terms apply to all purchases. We do not directly receive or store your payment information.

7. Refunds

All purchases are managed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you believe you were incorrectly charged due to a technical issue with our App, please contact us at support@lensfall.com and we will assist where possible.

8. Your Content

Your photos belong to you. By uploading a photo to Lensfall:

• You confirm you have the right to use that photo
• You grant us a limited license to process the photo through our AI providers solely to generate your requested output
• You retain full ownership of both your input photos and generated outputs
• We do NOT claim any rights to your content
• We do NOT use your content to train AI models

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Lensfall to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or copyrighted content
• Generate content that violates anyone's rights or dignity
• Generate sexually explicit content involving real people
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Lensfall uses third-party AI models to generate images. The results are AI-generated and may not always match expectations. We do not guarantee specific outputs. AI may occasionally produce unexpected, distorted, or inaccurate results. Generations are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep Lensfall available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

12. Termination

You can stop using Lensfall at any time by deleting your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to subscriptions, credits, and stored content will end.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensfall and Murad Taghiyev are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
