Privacy Policy

Welcome to Lensfall. This Privacy Policy explains how Murad Taghiyev (“we”, “us”, or “our”), based in Azerbaijan, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Lensfall mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Lensfall:

Account Information

When you sign up using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive your email address and a unique user identifier. We do not receive your password or any other sensitive authentication data.

Photos You Upload

When you generate an AI photo, you upload an input photo. This photo is sent to our AI provider for processing to create your result.

Before your first generation, the app clearly informs you that your selected photo will be sent to a third-party AI provider and asks for your explicit agreement. Your photo is never sent without your consent.

Generated Photos

The AI-generated photos created from your uploads are stored in your personal account so you can view, save, and share them later. You may delete any generated photo from your history at any time.

Purchase Information

When you make a purchase (subscription or credit pack) through Apple, we receive a transaction record from Apple confirming the purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Apple.

Usage Information

We collect basic usage data such as which templates you use, when you generate photos, and how often you open the App. This helps us improve the product.

Device Information

We may collect technical information about your device such as device type, operating system version, and language preference.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Provide the core App functionality (generating and storing your AI photos)
• Process your purchases and manage your subscription or credit balance
• Improve our templates and the App experience
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal data to third parties
• Use your photos to train AI models
• Share your photos with anyone other than the AI provider strictly for the purpose of generating your requested output
• Send marketing emails without your explicit consent

3. How Your Photos Are Handled

Your photos belong to you. We treat them with strict care:

• Input photos are transmitted over an encrypted connection to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI's GPT Image 2 or Google's Gemini) solely to generate the AI photo you requested
• We do not retain your input photo on our servers after the generation completes
• Your generated photos are stored in your account on our secure cloud storage (Supabase) so you can access them across your devices and save or share them, and they remain there until you delete them or delete your account.
• Our AI providers do not use content submitted through their APIs to train their models. OpenAI retains API content for up to 30 days only to monitor for abuse, then deletes it
• We never use your photos for any purpose other than generating your requested result

4. Face Data

Some photos you choose to upload may contain your face. Lensfall does not perform facial recognition, does not identify or verify individuals, and does not create, extract, or store any biometric identifier or “faceprint” from your photos. A photo you select is used only to generate the AI image you requested, is transmitted to our AI provider only after you explicitly agree, is not used for AI model training, and is not retained on our servers after the generation completes. Generated results stay in your account until you delete them.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Lensfall:

• Apple (sign-in, payments, app distribution)
• Google (sign-in via Google Sign-In)
• Supabase (database and cloud storage)
• OpenAI (AI image generation via GPT Image 2)
• Google AI (AI image generation via Gemini / Nano Banana 2)
• RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We share with each provider only the data necessary for their service, and we require through their data processing terms that they protect your data to a standard equivalent to this policy. OpenAI and Google's paid API services do not use content submitted through their APIs to train their models.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you have an active Lensfall account. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, including your photos and generation history, within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Object to certain uses of your data
• Request a copy of your data

8. Children's Privacy

Lensfall is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and authenticated API access. However, no system is 100 percent secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we do our best to protect your data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
